Well do I take up the option of a ticket for the Theatre of Manure, or do I take up the offer of a Paintballing session at Bassets Pole in Tamworth. You got it I took up the latter. What a superb day shooting the shit out of anything .. animal, vegetable or mineral no mercy was given. Laid a few slugs into my mates missus in a capture the flag scenario in a Male vs Female encounter. This took my right back to the playground when all the techniques of "army" were finely tuned. The balls hurt like hell from close range and a few of the party actually had some well severe bruises. The adrenaline feeling when the games underway is great, god knows what the lads in the forces are thinking when the shit hits the fan for them. Obviously nobody gets killed in this game, but the pain when one of those bugger splats on your head is excruciating.

Have to agree with Detroits Nasty Villan regarding the pitiful display on Saturday. On paper we are a much better side than the performances are showing at the moment. Yes Ellis is the root cause of the problems that we are in at the moment, but DOL needs to shape this squad up pretty damm quick. Fair play to the Villans that made the journey up the M6, by all accounts you are a credit to the Claret and Blue or Yellow. Shame on the team that they don't seem to have the stomach for the fight.

The kids have received their letter from Father Xmas this morning and there faces were a picture. Apparently when Xmas is over he is off down to the South Pole with a singing Mermaid and will be spending time with the King of the Penguins.
