Personal Profile:

I have over 24 years experience in the Sports & Leisure industry. During this time I have trained and instructed in Taekwondo, amateur boxing, jui jitsu, kickboxing, weight lifting and martial arts squad training for various associations.

I am passionate about promoting fitness to all ages and abilities. I hold a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and run my own association comprising of four clubs.

Childrens class 6pm-7pm, Adults class 7pm-8pm

Brockworth, Gloucester Wednesdays:

Childrens Class 6pm-7pm

Apperley Village Hall, Nr Tewkesbury Thursdays:

Martial Arts session 6pm-7pm, High Grade Pattern 7pm-8pm
