I have to say that I haven't looked forward to seeing the Villa play so much for ages... The weekend's really dragged and I'm sure Monday will too. There seems to be mega posi-vibes emanating from Villa Park at the moment. All the new signings have been blowing Villa's trumpet since Nobby left it in his locker, which is fantastic to hear. I'm really hoping for good performance to cap all this enthusiasm off nicely. Hey, if Villa win by 3 goals we'll jump to 5th!!!
With no real Villa interest over the last week or so (apart from Hughes and Davis' superb display on Wednesday night!) I've been busying myself with audioscrobbling. I'm absolutely addicted :D I have music playing on my Mac almost constantly as I work away and since recently getting a broadband connection I've found that I'm spending longer hours at my keyboard as the internet has finally come to life for me now I'm not paying for an extortionate and unbearably slow dial-up connection. Wow! The stuff that's 'out there' man. My only gripe is that the free Premiership streams appear to be limited to PC users and their damned .exe files.... anyone know of any Mac versions?
Anyway, back to last.fm - after playing 1500 tracks I finally got some neighbours, which was nice. I thought for a while that my listening tastes would never be matched by anyone, but at last a few people are getting close. Wouldn't it be weird to find your identical musical twin?
