Did I say 2-1 to the Villa? I think I may have. Just waiting now for the phonecall from Grandstand.....
- o O o - Didn't get into the game. Tried my hardest, even took some proof of ID that I lived in Charlton (albeit an old bill from 2 years ago!) and they still wouldn't let me in. Still, you can't blame them, and secretly, I'm pleased, as I'd have probably been beaten up when they missed the penalty.
- o O o - There is a building at the London end of the M4 called the Lucozade Building, due to it being owned by the makers of the aforementioned drink, which has a huge dispay on the side telling you the time, the date, and the temperature. I know this, as I work next door. Now, across the land, we all put our clocks forward an hour on Saturday night, and those who didn't felt stupid on Sunday morning when they realised they'd missed an hour of Hollyoaks. The guys at Lucozade though, decided not to bother, as now, at 12-58 Monday lunchtime, the dispaly is still an hour slow. Twats.
