The season is underway, and to show how excited I've been about it, it's taken me almost a week to blog about it.
A great 9 minutes were followed by 81 minutes of mind numbing tedium. Perhaps both teams tired themselves out after scoring two goals each.
Were we worth the draw? I think so, even if Nolan's goal was blatently on side. Made me laugh to see Big Sam steaming about it afterwards.

I am losing my festival virginity, as me and Charley are off to

at Stoke tomorrow morning.
I don't really know what to expect (apart from muddy fields, expensive beer and food, and lots and lots of bands!)
Top ones to look out for, in no particular order, Oasis, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, GLC, The Magic Numbers, Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand, Athlete, and as an outside bet for bands I've never heard of before, Diefenbach.

Then I'm off on holiday for a week, seeing as everyone else is, so will be back bright and breezy after the bank holiday.
If I survive Stoke of course
